Auction action – a rare opportunity

It’s been an exceptionally busy period for Open Market and with such high demand this represents a rare opportunity for someone to be able to purchase a property swiftly and chain free.

Le Coin is situated on an elevated corner site in St Saviour’s with sea views and sought-after location. It offers spacious accommodation including a generous kitchen, 3 large bedroom suites and an indoor pool.

Outside there is a double garage, good outbuilding, enclosed gardens and a small field. The property is ready to move into with only minor or cosmetic works, but it also has great potential for redevelopment.

Properties of this calibre are rarely offered for auction and it’s likely to generate a large amount of interest

The auction is open to the public and will take place at the property, beginning at 12 midday on Thursday 28 January 2020.

Auctioneer, Trevor Cooper, will explain the procedure before reading aloud the conditions of sale, a requirement under Guernsey’s Public Auction law. Trevor will then invite bids and Le Coin is only sold once he is sure that everyone wishing to bid has had an opportunity to do so. The fall of the gavel strikes a binding contract that cannot be made conditionally or renegotiated, but anyone attending need not worry that they will buy the property inadvertently, with a friendly wave, a scratch of the nose or wink of the eye!

Properties of this calibre are rarely offered for auction and it’s likely to generate a large amount of interest so please ensure you book your appointment to view in good time. Call us on 236039 or email enq@cooperbrouard.com to find out more.
