Design a Dream Home for Cooper the Easter Bunny

This Easter, Cooper Brouard Estate Agents is inviting children aged 5–11 to help Cooper hop onto the property ladder by designing his brand new home. After many happy years in his cosy burrow, Cooper has decided it is time for an upgrade, with Easter getting busier each year and more eggs to deliver than ever before, he needs a space fit for a very hardworking bunny.

Cooper is dreaming big and would love something truly eggstraordinary. Perhaps a carrot-shaped cottage, a magnificent chocolate egg mansion, a treetop hideaway with a twisty slide, or even a beachside burrow with beautiful sea views. The only limit is imagination, so let creativity run wild and design the perfect home for Cooper this Easter.

  1. Entry form instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  2. Winning entries will be chosen by Cooper Brouard. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  3. Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
  4. Entries must be received no later than 5pm Wednesday 15th April 2026. Winners will be contacted by Friday 17th April 2026.
  5. Prizes are not transferable for cash.
